Before you start

Complete this simple checklist to confirm you’re ready to start your trade-in.

You’ve bought a qualifying PC You’ve bought a new notebook, 2-in-1, desktop or all-in-one from Acer, Asus, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft or Samsung for €499 or more, in a participating Trony store between 29/10/2026 and 24/11/2026.

You’re within 15 days of purchase It’s no more than 15 days since you bought your new PC. Your purchase date counts as day 1.

Your old PC qualifies Your old PC is the same type as your new one (a notebook for a notebook, a desktop for a desktop). It’s no more than 8 years old, it’s complete with its charger, and it turns on and works properly.

You have your documents ready You have your receipt or invoice in your own name, showing the date, model, price and store. You also have a photo of your new PC’s serial number and your codice fiscale.

You have your bank details You have the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT of a euro bank account in your name, in the SEPA area. We’ll pay your trade-in value into this account by bank transfer, within 60 days of your assessment result.

It turns on, charges and shuts down normally, and runs on battery (laptops) The screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth all work I will include the charger I will back it up, reset it to factory settings, sign out of all accounts and remove any passwords (including BIOS) before collection
